Surprise Mold Growth Bedford Texas

A Bedford Texas homeowner went on vacation for two weeks in July only to come back to surprise mold growth covering a significant amount of the inside of their house. The week prior to their vacation we were experiencing cooler days than normal here in the DFW Metroplex and they didn’t think twice about turning their thermostat up to 80 before they left.  Unfortunately, their HVAC unit decided to spring a leak shortly after they left for vacation and the true Texas summer heat came back. The moisture from the leak and the higher than normal temperature inside of their home supported the fast spread of mold growth.
